Job Description
This position is responsible for managing employee timekeeping, assisting in compensation and benefits, and ensuring efficient payment processes within Swissotel Clark Philippines. You will resolve discrepancies and ensure proper employee compensation.
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous hotel experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Familiar with Mizzisoft or similar systems
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
