Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop talent pipelines, maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records, and enhance the candidate experience. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of recruiting experience, with strong communication, interviewing, and sourcing skills, and familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting metrics.
