Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist I to support hiring across departments. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates; managing job postings; coordinating interviews; and maintaining the applicant tracking system. You will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely, fair hiring decisions and contribute to employer branding efforts.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience with sourcing tools and ATS.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
