Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and conclude the fitness of the candidate.
- Source and interview candidates for IT/BPO/Shared Service corporate positions.
- Assist in gathering data for various recruitment reports.
- Proactively identify and resolve reporting issues, informing the supervisor of urgent matters.
- Provide suggestions to improve recruitment processes.
- Offer administrative and operational support for recruitment efforts.
