Job Description
Funtomato Consultancy is currently in search of a dedicated Talent Acquisition Supervisor to spearhead our high-volume recruitment team. You will oversee a group of over 20 recruiters, focusing on crafting effective strategies within the technology, gaming, and finance sectors.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass achieving hiring targets, enhancing our employer brand, and streamlining recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, a minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience, and at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
