Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Tagalog Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service. You’ll assist clients and medical facilities with inquiries about insurance plans. The goal is to ensure first-contact resolution for every customer.
Job Qualifications:
- Second Year College Undergrad or Graduate with sales or call center experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Strong communication skills, even without related experience
- Preferably with nursing or medical background
- Experience in selling or supporting insurance products is ideal
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Personable and able to manage irate customers effectively
