Job Description
The Systems & Methods Officer (Policy & Process Development) at East West Banking Corporation will support policy development across key areas. This role involves working within the Stores Operations Group to conduct research, develop policy positions, and produce reports.
- Assess the impact of new or revised policies on stores and customers.
- Update and communicate policies based on regulations and audit findings.
- Evaluate and enhance existing policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison for policy routing and endorsement.
- Lead discussions on proposed policy changes from other units.
- Monitor stores’ compliance with advisories.
- Identify manual processes for potential automation.
- Ensure policy repositories are updated and archived as needed.
