Job Description:
- Coordinate and supervise the preparation of the US GAAP Trial Balance.
- Review and post journal entries and process necessary journal entries.
- Review and approve Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
- Support monthly Income Statement variance analysis.
- Assist in local Tax processes and identify process improvements.
- Supervise a small team, ensuring training and workload balance.
- Provide guidance on complex issues and monitor accuracy of work.
- Maintain stringent backup systems and provide regular team assessments.
