Job Description

The Student Recruitment Supervisor at the Asian Institute of Management is responsible for executing, monitoring, and evaluating student recruitment for degree programs. You will counsel prospects, make phone calls, conduct in-person appointments, and engage in B2B activities while collaborating with the Student Sr. Supervisor and Admissions Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in Recruitment/Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing and recruitment activities for assigned programs.
• Qualify and nurture prospects from initial contact to successful applicant.
• Achieve enrollment targets and maintain reporting on recruited students.
