Job Description

Waltermart Supermarket Inc. is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to oversee category profitability through effective management and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in retail or food establishment management.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing customer service
• Building and achieving category sales
• Implementing promotions accurately and timely
• Ensuring inventory accuracy
• Supervising sales support staff performance

Compensation:
