Job Description

We seek a responsible, proactive Boutique Store Manager accountable for overall store performance and daily operations. Key duties include achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, managing merchandise stocking and visual standards, supervising staff, conducting on-floor training, monitoring KPIs, and coaching team members to ensure inventory accuracy and strong customer relations.

• Employment type: Full-time; Location: In person at Stores Specialists, Inc.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 5 years in retail or a related field; store management experience (2+ years preferred).
• Must demonstrate excellent customer-relations skills and be willing to work weekends and holidays.
