Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Store Supervisor to manage daily operations at our ANTA store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, leading a team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, monitoring inventory levels, managing cashier activities, and addressing customer inquiries. A strong background in retail, particularly in shoes, apparel, and accessories, is highly preferred.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in management or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of retail experience, and excellent leadership skills. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Php15,00.00 to Php17,00.00 per month, along with comprehensive benefits.
