Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Store Officer In Charge (OIC) to join our team at SM San Lazaro. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating the schedules of Promodisers, managing sales reports, ensuring compliance with merchandising standards, and overseeing necessary documentation. The OIC will also conduct monthly sales reviews and performance evaluations to optimize store productivity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with a minimum of 1 year of experience as an OIC.
Job Type: Full-time. We offer benefits that include paid training and opportunities for overtime.
