Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for store profitability by managing sales and controlling costs.

2. Oversee cash and media management functions, and handle POS operations.

3. Ensure team members uphold our Guiding Principles and House Rules.

4. Proactively resolve customer issues, providing excellent service.

5. Assess staffing needs to guarantee superior customer service.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• 1-5 years management experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• Expertise in people management
