Job Description
Euroasia Executive Search Inc. is actively looking for a committed Store Manager to oversee our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business success, maximizing profits, managing daily store activities, and providing an outstanding customer experience while promoting the company’s core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store performance and profitability
- Minimize waste and control operational costs
- Lead staff, enforce policies, and resolve customer issues
- Execute company directives and fulfill assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the grocery sector
- Strong sense of responsibility coupled with excellent communication skills
- Availability to work in BGC, Taguig
