Job Description

Lead a Duck Donuts location to deliver high-quality products and exceptional service in a clean, welcoming environment. Oversee daily operations, drive sales, and maintain compliance with policies and labor laws.

• Manage guest relations, resolve feedback, and implement in-store marketing and product launches.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage inventory and vendor orders, and oversee cash reports and deposits.
• Develop and coach staff, build team morale, administer discipline when necessary, and support professional growth.
• Qualifications: minimum 2 years restaurant management (fast-casual/franchise preferred), strong people development, excellent verbal/written communication, high energy, and proven multitasking and results orientation.
