Job Description
AMTEC GLOBAL SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a Staffing Specialist for a hybrid position in McKinley West, Taguig. This mid-level role offers a night shift schedule (4x a week onsite).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle.
- Utilize VMS recruiting methods.
- Source candidates using advanced techniques.
- Handle high-volume recruitment.
- Work independently with problem-solving skills.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of RPO experience, proficiency in sourcing, and great communication skills.
