Job Description

Job Summary:

• Manage Home and Car Loan Collections, policy formulation, and strategy implementation.
• Optimize collection operations to reduce delinquency and credit losses.
• Ensure compliance with collection policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business; master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in Collections or Consumer Loans.
• Familiarity with banking processes is a plus.
