Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education (Sped) Teacher to provide individualized one-to-one academic tutoring and skill development for children with autism and other special needs. The teacher will implement learning plans from parents and therapists, support communication, behavior regulation, and social skills using positive reinforcement, and maintain a calm, safe learning environment. Candidates will track progress and report regularly to families.

• Experience working with special needs required; background in Education, Psychology, ABA, RBT, or Childcare preferred
• Fixed-term: 3 months; in-person role
