Job Description
Makati Shangri-La is a deluxe hotel located in the heart of Manila’s financial and commercial district, just minutes from the international airport. We are seeking a Sous Chef (Banquet) to join our dynamic team.
Duties:
The Sous Chef will oversee administration, operations, communication, cost control, hygiene, and quality standards. Implement all procedures in line with hotel policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an international hotel or resort.
- Strong background in Garde Manger Kitchen preferred.
- Knowledge in preparing and presenting cold foods.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Outgoing, motivated, and a team player.
