Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist department heads in setting growth goals.
- Provide leadership to achieve financial and performance targets.
- Plan and monitor daily operations.
- Establish performance standards aligned with company values.
- Review business processes for improvement opportunities.
- Support initiatives from the Site Managing Director.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in the semiconductor industry, including 5+ years as a Department Manager.
- Experience in assembly shop floor management.
- Strong business acumen and change management skills.
