Job Description

Pacifica Homes Development Corp. is seeking a dedicated Site HR Officer. Your primary role will be effective talent acquisition, employee discipline management, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Implement disciplinary procedures and conduct investigations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and prepare required reports.
• Assist in employee engagement programs.

Qualifications:
