Job Description
HV Architecture & Construction Services is seeking a proficient Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and designing buildings while addressing the project’s needs.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed construction plans and oversee site visits.
- Present drawings for approval and compile necessary blueprints.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and study environmental impacts.
- Collaborate with construction managers to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements:
- Degree in architecture and relevant experience preferred.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with building codes and ability to work under tight deadlines.
