Job Description
HV Architecture & Construction Services is seeking a talented Junior Site Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and designing buildings while ensuring that all project requirements are fulfilled effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop construction plans and perform site inspections.
- Prepare feasibility studies and guarantee regulatory adherence.
- Create blueprints and manage environmental considerations.
- Work collaboratively with construction teams to achieve project timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture with pertinent experience.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and capability to perform under pressure.
Salary: Php12,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month, inclusive of benefits.
