Job Description

We invite you to become a Shopping Order Assistant at Teleservices Jobs Pro. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. You will provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies, while efficiently resolving any customer complaints to ensure their satisfaction.

Work Schedule: Weekdays only, weekends are off.

Qualifications: We are looking for friendly individuals with excellent communication skills, a tech-savvy background (phone/computer), and who are either Filipino citizens or hold appropriate residency status. A diploma (HS, College, or Vocational) is required, and candidates must be willing to work onsite with a shifting schedule.

Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php24,892.00.
