The Operations team at Shopee oversees the end-to-end process from product search to delivery. This role involves creating educational materials, engaging with Chinese sellers via WeChat, and conducting necessary training.
Requirements:
- 2 years in college or High school with 5 months Customer Service experience.
- 2 years in eCommerce or customer support.
- Proficient in WeChat and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), Filipino is a plus.
