Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at The Real American Doughnut Company. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a management-related field, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily technical and production-related store activities while assisting in the management of sales and manpower during shift operations. Applicants should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Store or Restaurant Manager.
This is a full-time position, and we prefer candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and a background in food service and managerial roles.
