Job Description
Savory Fastfood, Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site Shift Manager to uphold store and mall policies, ensure outstanding customer service, and perform opening and closing procedures for dining and dispatch areas. Key duties include guest communication, addressing feedback and minor complaints, and overseeing dining operations such as scheduling, training, payroll, and staffing (plantilla) updates. The role also requires preparing accurate sales and transmittal reports, securing cashier turnover and timely bank deposits, supervising floor coverage and breaks during peak periods, and completing other assigned tasks.
