Job Description

Job Location: Nuvali Sta. Rosa, Laguna

As a Shift Manager 1, you will oversee overall shift operations, customer experience, sales performance, and uphold brand excellence at our restaurant. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, you will take on the role of Restaurant Leader.

Your responsibilities will include leading the team to meet customer satisfaction and sales targets, conducting evaluations, ensuring compliance with quality management systems, and monitoring report submissions.

Qualifications: A college degree (preferably in BS-HRM or related fields), with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar industry.
