Job Description

Join Kuya J Food Group as a Shift Manager! In this role, you will manage frontline team members, ensuring clear responsibilities, timely breaks, and effective coaching to achieve shift goals. You will enhance customer relations through visible engagement and respond to feedback while monitoring service quality and speed.

Your responsibilities will also include maintaining cleanliness in all areas and enforcing hygiene protocols. Administrative duties involve manpower scheduling, equipment readiness, and conducting team meetings.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly pay of Php19,00.00 – Php20,00.00.
