Job Description

Max’s Kitchen Inc. is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager 1 to oversee shift operations, enhance customer experience, and drive sales performance. You will act as the Restaurant Leader in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, ensuring adherence to policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate, preferably in BS HRM or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor in a similar industry
• Experience in QSR, Retail, or CDR is an advantage
• Computer literate
