Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of any four-year course.

2. 3-5 years of solid work experience in the company’s industry with strong business acumen.

3. Excellent organization, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficient in office applications, internet, web browsing, and online services.

5. Possesses a valid non-professional driver’s license.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the Service Operations Department.
• Handle unresolved customer concerns.
