Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Help Desk experience.
- Proficient in speaking German.
- Experience with technical setups and applications is a plus.
- Experience in customer interaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with service inquiries via phone, email, or remote connection.
- Maintain high customer service standards.
- Log, track, and resolve issues effectively.
Job Type: Full-time, Fixed term (18 months)
