Job Description
Fujitsu is seeking a qualified Service Delivery Manager with a blend of technical and managerial skills. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience as a super user or administrator of Salesforce (or other CRM tools). Strong people management skills and a solid understanding of sales environments are essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, while additional languages are a plus. Experience in a call center or help desk as a manager or team lead is highly desirable.
