- Deliver high quality food, service, and cleanliness.
- Check product quality, holding times, and perform FIFO.
- Handle and endorse expired or spoiled products.
- Ensure cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
- Engage with guests and address customer concerns.
- Assist management in leading the team.
- Record lapsed products and wastage.
