Job Description

Lead our Automation Services Division: develop service packages and pricing, manage contracts and SLAs, supervise service engineers, coordinate scheduling and parts logistics, handle escalations, and report service metrics. Require BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, 3–5 years in automation support with 2+ years supervisory experience; registered engineer preferred. Technical: PLC/SCADA/RTU, automation architectures, communication protocols, remote support, preventive maintenance and retrofit planning. Full-time, permanent, on-site.
