Edsa Shangri-La, Manila is a distinguished five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel nestled in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City. With proximity to prominent shopping centers and major business districts in Metro Manila, we offer a prime location for both guests and employees.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Associate for our Horizon Club. In this role, you will deliver customized solutions to meet our guests’ needs, ensure seamless service delivery, and contribute to enhancing guest satisfaction scores.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys engaging with guests, possesses fluent communication skills in English (as well as the local language), and excels as a proactive team player in problem-solving scenarios.
