Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide prompt and professional service to all customers.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and handle repair orders.
- Utilize computer systems for customer service history and appointment scheduling.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and suggest additional services.
- Estimate costs and completion times, ensuring clarity with customers.
- Maintain communication regarding the status of repairs.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

- Must have a background in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology.
