Job Description
Waltermart Supermarket, Inc. is seeking a Selling Supervisor to drive category profitability and manage daily selling operations. The role includes overseeing customer service, building category performance (sales targets, safety, sanitation, and bad order control), ensuring timely and accurate promotion execution, and maintaining 100% inventory accuracy for assigned categories. The Supervisor will also lead and coach sales support staff and merchandisers to achieve store objectives.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Administration, or Customer Service Management.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in store management or retail/food operations.
- Position: Full-time, on-site.
