Job Summary: The Selling Supervisor is responsible for category profitability through category management and daily selling operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service.
- Build category sales and ensure safety and sanitation.
- Implement promotions accurately and timely.
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Supervise sales support staff performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in store management.
