Job Description
SM Retail seeks a full-time Security Supervisor to lead and manage on-site security operations. You will supervise guard teams, oversee staffing and attendance, monitor CCTV, lead incident response and investigations, coordinate emergency drills, protect confidential information, assess risks and recommend practical security solutions, prepare timely reports, enforce discipline, and coordinate with government security forces.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 2 years supervisory experience in security operations; strong knowledge of physical security; proficiency in MS Office; excellent partnership and communication skills.
