Job Description
ACME Tools Manufacturing Co., Inc. is seeking a qualified Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle visitors, answer phone calls, manage mail, and coordinate meetings. Responsibilities also include maintaining employee records, supporting management with reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, administrative experience, MS Office proficiency, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Candidates must be able to work independently and be available Monday to Saturday.
Pay starts at Php20,00.00 per month, with benefits including additional leave, paid training, and performance bonuses. Reliable commuting to Biñan, Laguna is preferred.
