Job Description
Hire Hangar is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to lead our Sales Development team and own outbound operations. You will coach SDRs to meet outreach and meeting targets, design scalable workflows, and maintain automations in HubSpot, Zapier, and GoHighLevel. Key responsibilities include CRM hygiene, lead routing, sequence management, and reporting, as well as building performance dashboards in Excel. You will continuously refine messaging, targeting, and KPIs while collaborating closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing. The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years in SDR leadership or SDR operations, strong technical skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and a disciplined, process-oriented approach.
