Job Type: Probationary
The Sales Training Supervisor will identify training needs, develop training modules, conduct sessions, and ensure the sales team meets organizational goals and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis.
- Facilitate onboarding and training.
- Lead ISO, HACCP, and HALAL activities.
- Conduct field training activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- Three years of training development experience.
- Knowledge of ISO and Food Safety standards.
- Strong communication skills.
