Job Description
Cozier Furniture Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Team Leader for our office-based, full-time position.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Team Leader
- Willingness to work onsite
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a sales team effectively
- Strong background in meeting sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree or at least College level education
- Intermediate skills in Mathematics and Computation
- Experience in BPO, Real Estate, or Networking is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team schedules and monitor performance
- Ensure the team meets quotas and maintains discipline
- Develop monthly incentive proposals
- Oversee client interactions before, during, and after sales
