Job Description
We seek a proactive Sales Support Officer to support our sales team in daily operations, ensuring efficient order processing and exceptional customer service.
- Process orders and prepare quotations and sales reports.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with the warehouse.
- Follow up with customers to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
