Job Description
We are excited to announce openings for Sales Associates (Customer Service Representatives) to join our dynamic team within a fast-paced BPO environment. In this role, you will engage with customers through phone interactions to promote our products and services, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers to promote and sell products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Collaborate effectively to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Completion of at least 2 years in college.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in BPO sales.
- Strong English communication skills (C1 proficiency).
