Job Description

Ambtel Corporation is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Recruitment and Development Supervisor to lead our sales team. Responsibilities include supervising and managing sales representatives, providing training and coaching, monitoring sales performance, and developing action plans to ensure target achievement. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with proven experience in a sales supervisory role and a willingness to travel around Batangas Province. Experience in the Telecommunication Industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month

Benefits: Paid training, Pay raise

Schedule: Day shift

Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Commission pay
