Job Description
What you do
- You own the full cycle from first outreach to money in the bank.
- You manage inboxes, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and follow ups.
- You coordinate meetings, notes, proposals, partners, and contracts.
- You make sure nothing drops. Ever.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound email and WhatsApp daily
- Track leads, meetings, and next actions
- Turn calls into clear notes and tasks
- Coordinate proposals with internal and external partners
- Follow up until deals are closed and paid
- Keep CRM and records clean and current
Compensation
Base pay plus performance based upside
Bonus tied directly to closed revenue
