Job Description
PHATES MANAGEMENT seeks a motivated Sales Officer with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and at least 2 years of sales experience. A valid passport and willingness to travel up to 50% are required. This full-time, permanent, in-person role offers Php20,00–30,00/month.
- Manage client relationships across Asia and the Middle East via email, calls, WhatsApp, and visits.
- Handle customer inquiries, escalate complex issues, maintain accurate sales records, and use CRM.
- Develop product knowledge, provide feedback to developers, perform competitor analysis, and collaborate with agencies and internal teams.
- Deliver excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.
