Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Recruits, trains, and manages the in-house sales team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

• Develop sales strategies with the Sales Group Head to achieve company targets.
• Identify new markets and create marketing campaigns.
• Train new sales agents on company products.
• Manage team performance and provide motivation.
• Prepare management reports and assist in closing sales.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in sales management in the real estate industry.

Salary: Php 45,00.00/month plus benefits including health insurance and paid training.
